Transaction Coordinators

Instructions

A Transaction Coordinator is defined as: A person or company that has the ability to work with multiple Brokerages/Agents to access forms.

I am hereby applying for or updating a Transaction Coordinator membership and, as a Transaction Coordinator, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of Elko County REALTORS® (“Association”). I understand that this does not include membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) or Nevada REALTORS® (NVR), or participation in ECR MLS.

I irrevocably waive all claims against the Association, and any of its officers, directors, members, or employees for any acts in connection with the business of the Association, specifically, but not limited to, their acts in electing or failing to elect, advance, suspend, expel, or otherwise discipline me as an applicant or member.

I agree to pay the established fees for as long as I remain a member and will notify the Association of any changes in my registration, status and/or address.

The below Transaction Coordinator Liability Form MUST be attached to the application! Please contact the ECR Office if you have any questions. This Form MUST be completed for each Brokerage/Agent that you need access for. This form MUST be completed and returned to ecrmls@elkorealtors.com for each additional Broker/Agent that you acquire after initial Membership!

If licensed you must also check the Primary or Secondary REALTOR® box.

Transaction Coordinator Affiliate

  • Transaction Coordinator is defined as: A person or company that has the ability to work with multiple Brokerages/Agents to access forms and or access to the MLS for administrative duties. If they are licensed by the Nevada Real Estate Division, it will be required that the transaction coordinator sign the affidavit agreeing that the use of the MLS is only for the use of the clerical duties of their employing Brokerages/Agents, and they will not sue the MLS for the use of buying and selling Real Estate. If found in violation fees and termination of services can be administered.
    • Refer to Appendix C for Annual Renewal Fee (Due January 10th) plus NVR Affiliate Fee (Not charged if paid through another association to the State) Affiliates must be in good standing with the association to sponsor an event.
    • Transaction Coordinators have the ability to apply for ECR MLS with the stipulation as described within the definition. (all additional fees will be accessed upon completed and approved application) If ECR MLS is requested the member agrees to abide by all ECR MLS Rules & Regulations. The corporation may designate one person to represent them.
    • Designated persons would be the voting member on Elko County REALTORS® issues.
    • Designee qualified to run for affiliate Director on Elko County REALTORS® Board of Directors as a Company, not individual. Nominee must have been an Elko County REALTORS® Member for a minimum of two (2) years.
    • Affiliate contact information will be provided to the membership, and members will be encouraged to use Affiliate Members for services when possible.
    • Elko County REALTORS® provide a list of membership names and contact information on our website and on our Member Portal.
    • Encouraged to Attend, invite guests and host Monthly Membership Meetings.
    •  Affiliate will have a presence on Elko County REALTORS® website, social media pages, and links to Affiliate’s business websites will be posted.
    • Affiliates will be encouraged to sponsor, advertise, and participate in conjunction with Elko County REALTORS® events such as New Agent Orientation, Quarter Auction, CE Classes, Officer Installation, etc.
    • Affiliates will be welcomed and encouraged to invest in RPAC as a Corporation.

Additional Subsequent Member Individual Employee of Transaction Coordinator Affiliate

  • Refer to Appendix C for Annual Renewal Fee (Due January 10th)
  • Transaction Coordinators have the ability to apply for ECR MLS with the stipulation as described within the definition. (all additional fees will be accessed upon completed and approved application) If ECR MLS is requested the member agrees to abide by all ECR MLS Rules & Regulations.
  • The corporation may designate one person to represent them.

I am licensed sales associate in the state Nevada which has my license with a real estate broker.  I will pay National, State, and local fees to Elko County REALTORS® because I do not belong to any other real estate association.
