I am hereby applying for or updating a Transaction Coordinator membership and, as a Transaction Coordinator, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of Elko County REALTORS® (“Association”). I understand that this does not include membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) or Nevada REALTORS® (NVR), or participation in ECR MLS.
I irrevocably waive all claims against the Association, and any of its officers, directors, members, or employees for any acts in connection with the business of the Association, specifically, but not limited to, their acts in electing or failing to elect, advance, suspend, expel, or otherwise discipline me as an applicant or member.
I agree to pay the established fees for as long as I remain a member and will notify the Association of any changes in my registration, status and/or address.
