Dear Future Member,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of ELKO COUNTY REALTORS® MLS.

To apply for MLS-Only membership, you must be an active REALTOR® member with an Association of REALTORS®.

A letter of good standing from your local Association or MLS must be included with the application when submitted to Elko County REALTORS® MLS.

Please note that an agent cannot become an MLS-Only member with ELKO COUNTY REALTORS® MLS if the Broker of Record is not an MLS-Only 

member of  ELKO COUNTY REALTORS® MLS

As a new customer of ELKO COUNTY REALTORS® MLS you will be required to attend our MLS orientation class
within 180 days of joining or the next available training whichever is the earliest. The orientation is offered in person.

Orientation is mandatory with no exceptions regardless of the geographic location of the member’s place of
business or his/her participation in another MLS. Non-Attendance will result in immediate termination.

In addition to the Membership application you will find the Supra Sub-Lease and Lockbox System Use Agreement
(return only if you need to lease a key),
